I plan to keep the blog open through publication (tentatively scheduled for late 2016) of the new book by Stuart Taylor and me on campus due process.

Academic Wonderland 
The speed of the proceedings demanded by OCR contrasts with the slowness with which some of the filings have occurred. I am struck by how many times 10-18 months transpired between the conduct alleged to be sexual assault and the start of the adjudication process.
